Art. 231. [legal definition]
(1) A labour dispute is any disagreement between the social partners regarding the employment relationships. (2) The labour disputes concerning the establishment of the working conditions during the negotiation of the collective labour agreements are disputes regarding the professional, social or economic interests of the employees, called conflict of interests. (3) The labour disputes regarding the exercise of certain rights or the fulfilment of obligations arising from laws or other legal provisions and from collective labour agreements or individual employment contracts are disputes regarding the rights of the employees, called conflicts of rights.
Art. 232. [reference to special law ]
The labour dispute resolution procedure shall be laid down by a special law. |
