Art. 157. [paid vocational training leave]
(1) Should the employer fail to fulfil its obligation to ensure on its account the participation of an employee to vocational training under the terms of the law, the employee shall be entitled to a vocational training leave, paid by the employer, of up to 10 working days or up to 80 hours. (2) In the case provided for in paragraph (1), the leave benefit shall be laid down according to Article 145. (3) The period of paid leave provided for in paragraph (1) shall be established by mutual agreement with the employer. The request for a paid vocational training leave shall be submitted to the employer under the conditions provided for in Article 151 (1). |
