Art. 156. [application for and taking the vocational training leave]
(1) The application for an unpaid vocational training leave shall be submitted to the employer at least one month before taking it and it shall state the starting date of vocational training period, its scope and duration, and the name of the vocational training institution. (2) An unpaid vocational training leave may be taken fractionally during a calendar year, in order to take the graduation examinations of certain educational institutions or to take the end-of-year examinations within higher education institutions, in compliance with the conditions laid down in paragraph (1). |
