Art. 65. [dismissal for objective reasons]
(1) A dismissal for reasons not related to the person of the employee is the cessation of the individual employment contract determined by the elimination of the workplace of the employee, for one or several reasons not connected to employee’s person. (2) The elimination of the workplace must be effective and have a real and serious cause.
Art. 66. [types of dismissal for objective reasons]
The dismissal for reasons not related to the person of the employee may be individual or collective.
Art. 67. [rights of employees dismissed for objective reasons]
The employees dismissed for reasons not related to their person shall benefit from active measures designed to fight unemployment and may enjoy compensations under the terms of the law and the applicable collective labour agreement. |
